Use the sidebar to view the newsfeeds available here. NewsFeeds allow users to receive updates from websites, which can include anything from large public news services such as CNN, to small personal weblogs like Urban Scrawl. By subscribing to newsfeeds, you can automatically receive new content from these sites without having to actually go to each individual site to view it. Sometimes these feeds are called RSS, Atom or XML feeds, but these are just different formats of basically the same thing.
