Floatingfatman those odds are still good, sure as hell beats the odds of winning a lottery, I'm putting my money on the asteroid, taking bids now!!! Nereus Only in sci-fi movies.. if push comes to shove though, I presume a bunch of nukes launched into space would be the only chance. If it's moving as fast as the meteorites that bounce off our atmosphere (which is farking fast if you've seen 'shooting stars') then we are FUKT! Elizabeth As a christian, I'm not worried a bit about this thing...and that's not just because I know where I'm going when I die. And a word of advice-beware anyone who tells you a time or date of the "end of the world" because not even the angels know that info. I'm not saying that there's no way the thing is going to hit. Because if it does there are going to be a lot of tragic deaths...I'm saying: Be ready either way! Saven HELP! mike i think people enjoy scaring the shit out of us. its either huge ass astroids or big fuckin tidal waves. maybe they have a brain stormer that thinks this shit up leave a comment
