While searching for an unrelated image, I stumbled across a photo from Redding.com - check it out.

I could not locate a related article, only the caption with the photo which read,

An unidentified man waits for help at the brink of the Horseshoe Falls in Niagara Falls, N.Y., Wednesday, March 19, 2003. The man was pulled to safety by a helicopter but his condition is unknown.

What I want to know is, how the hell did he get there in the first place? He's right on the edge of a huge drop ..one very lucky person to get out of that in one piece. Bet he was completely shitting himself ..but wow, imagine the adrenalin rush! kewl. It would almost make it worth the risk.
